Consumer TPS The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is a list of consumers, (Sole Traders and Partnerships, except in Scotland) within the UK that do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing calls. Corporate TPS The Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) is a list of organisations - Limited companies, PLC's and Scottish Partnerships that do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing calls. ICO Enforcement Companies who breach the regulation are reported to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) the body responsible for enforcement who can issue fines from £5k to £500k.
